Use the red jujube and white fungus soup that is boiled until thick and add the cantaloupe to the pot and steam for 10 minutes. After the steamer, the color of the cantaloupe will become A bit crystal clear, the fruity aroma blends into the white fungus soup, it is very sweet

Ingredients

Cantaloupe, Tremella, Red Date Soup

1. Wash first and then take a section of cantaloupe, hollow out the seeds inside

2. Use a knife to cut the flesh of the cantaloupe along the edge

3. Take out the pulp and cut the triangle shape with a knife

4. Wash the white fungus after soaking, and wash the red dates and medlar

5. Pour cold water into the ingredients

6. Cover high heat and bring to a boil, turn to low heat and cook until thick

7. Take an appropriate amount of pulp and dice for later use

8. The white fungus soup that has been cooked for about an hour is very sticky

9. Put the pot on the steaming rack, put the cantaloupe in, and add the boiled white fungus soup

10. Pour the cantaloupe cubes

11. Cover the high heat and steam for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Tips:

Both red dates and cantaloupe have a sweet taste. If you like sweetness, you can add sugar to taste. I didn't add it.
