Cantonese Sausage Stir-fried Rice Noodles

Cantonese sausage and cabbage core, ginger and garlic are prepared.

Jiangxi rice noodles, soak in advance.
3.
Slice the Cantonese sausage, shred the cabbage core, and mince the ginger and garlic.

Pour cooking oil into the pot and stir fry with ginger and garlic.

Add Cantonese sausages and stir-fry over low heat.

Stir-fry until the Cantonese-style sausage is translucent and grate the oil.

Next rice noodles.

Stir-fry slightly and add oyster sauce.

Stir well and add shredded cabbage.

Stir-fry until the cabbage shreds are soft, now steamed fish soy sauce.

Stir-fry quickly and turn off the heat. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion on the plate for garnish.
Tips:
1: Soak the rice noodles in cold water in advance. If the time is insufficient, soak them in hot water.
2: After the rice noodles are put in the pot, stir fry quickly when adding ingredients.
3: Steamed fish soy sauce and oyster sauce both have a salty taste, so there is no need to add additional salt.
