Tomato and Enoki Mushroom Soup Powder

1. Jiangxi rice noodles are boiled in a pot of water, and boiled until thoroughly cooked. (This powder must be rinsed with water to refresh.)

2. When cooking the rice noodles, prepare the soup. Peel and cut tomatoes.

3. Cut off the roots of Flammulina velutipes and rinse with water.

4. Chopped green onions.

5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, pound the eggs, and fry them into poached eggs.

6. Use the oil in the pot to fry the tomatoes softly.

7. Bring to a boil in 3.5 bowls of water and cook for about 10 minutes.

8. Put the enoki mushrooms to a boil. (Don't cook enoki mushrooms for too long, otherwise they will lose their crispy texture.)

9. Add salt, chicken powder and chopped green onion and mix well.
