Cantonese Style Jujube Intestines Fried Bitter Gourd

Preparation of main raw materials.

Remove the seeds of bitter gourd, wash and cut into thin slices, add salt, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Slice the jujube sausage, cut red pepper into cubes, and shred ginger.

Tips:
1: Don't cut the bitter gourd too thin, otherwise it will easily become mushy when pickled and fried.
2: Oyster sauce and jujube intestines have a salty taste, so be careful when adding salt.
