In the summer, the cowpeas in my own vegetable garden are so many that they can be marinated into capers after eating them. In the autumn, there are fewer vegetables in the vegetable garden. I remembered this dish. I made capers with minced meat. It was sour, spicy, crisp and salty. It has a different flavor.

Capers with Minced Meat

1. Cut the capers into small pieces

2. Cut the ginger spring onion into mince and set aside

3. Add a little cooking wine, minced ginger and green onion to the meat filling

4. Put a little peanut oil in the pot, add Chinese pepper and dried chili when it is 70% hot

5. Add the minced meat and stir fry, then add the chopped green onion and ginger. I like to put some soy sauce in the heavy color

6. Add the beans and stir fry, add some hot water for a while. Add some bean paste

7. Stir fry out of the pot

8. It tastes hot and sour, crispy and salty, very delicious.

Tips:

Capers are pickled products, very salty, buy them lightly and soak them for a while and then fry them.
