I have always loved kimchi since I was a kid. I remember that when there were no vegetables on the dinner table when I was a child, my father would grab a handful of kimchi in the jar and give us a meal. The savoury kimchi with porridge was appetizing and refreshing. Stir-fried pork with capers is actually after going out to work, unintentionally matching this way, I didn't expect my family to like it very much.

Capers with Minced Meat

1. Prepare a piece of lean meat.

2. Prepare some kimchi, pickled peppers and pickled ginger.

3. Cut kimchi finely.

4. Chop lean meat finely.

5. Marinate the lean meat with soy sauce, cornstarch and cooking wine.

Tips:
