Originally wanted to make steamed buns and hydrangea buns, but when it was too troublesome, I gave up and made the simplest buns, but accidentally made such beautiful and delicious buns. Share it with food lovers who love to eat steamed buns and DIY here.

Ingredients

Caramel Mantou

1. It is better to mix noodles with warm water in winter.

2. After mixing the dough, place the dough in a container and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes. The fermented dough is twice as big as before and has a fermented taste.

3. Knead the dough until it doesn't touch your hands.

4. Knead the dough into a strip with a diameter of about 5 cm. Use a knife to cut into small pieces of about 2 cm. Stick a small piece of brown sugar on the dough to make a depression.

5. Bring the water to a boil and steam it in a steamer for about 20 minutes.

Tips:

If the temperature is too low when it is not easy to ferment, then boil a pot of warm water, and put the container with the dough in a pot with warm water to ferment, so that the dough can ferment better.
