Caramel Pudding

Cook with sugar and water caramel sauce, put a small amount into the pudding mold

Put the whole egg, egg yolk, and sugar together, mix well and set aside

Heat pure milk and evaporated milk together at 60 degrees and stir evenly

Mix the cream and egg batter in small portions

Sift the mixed pudding sauce to remove bubbles and pour it into the mold

Put the pudding mold into a baking pan with 1cm deep water, ready to bake
7.
Adjust the gcf of the Depp oven to a low heat of 190 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes to solidify.
Tips:
1. If there is no pudding mold, you can also use a ceramic coffee cup;
2. It will taste better if pure milk is replaced with fresh milk;
