Sprinkle a layer of granulated sugar on the surface and bake it into caramel with a kitchen spray gun.
9.
Knock open the caramel layer and dig it down with one spoon, it's super!
Tips:
1. The water in the baking pan should be close to the boiling water, and it should reach 1/2 of the baking pot.
2. Take out the roasted breeze quickly, preferably a little trembling when shaking, so that it is very tender, and it will be ready after refrigeration.
3. The spray gun should be used carefully, it is fine when there are a lot of bubbles, don't burn it.
