Carrot Pork Bone Potato Tomato Soup

Boil the pork bones in hot water to remove the bloody smell and soak in cold water to dry for later use. Peel and cut carrots and potatoes for use, and peel and slice ginger for use.

Put all the ingredients in a clay pot, add water and simmer for 2-3 hours, and season with salt.
