Caucasian Yogurt, Really Different Yogurt

Prepare the ingredients, five bags of pasteurized fresh milk, a small bag of Caucasian yogurt powder, pudding cups and aliquot cups after boiling water disinfection

Put a small amount of milk in the aliquoting cup, add bacterial powder, and stir thoroughly until a lot of bubbles appear

Add the milk to the filling cup four or five times. Stir it well each time before adding it so that the bacterial powder is fully dissolved.

Then divide it into pudding cups and put it into the yogurt maker.

Set the timing for ten hours. After many experiments, the yogurt that has been fermented for ten hours is the best.

Start eating, add some honey to taste better, the milk is mellow, soft and delicious

You can add honey, dried fruits, candied fruit, etc. according to your personal taste for more flavor.
