Cauliflower in Tomato Sauce

Prepare ingredients: cauliflower, tomato sauce, green onion ginger, chives, light soy sauce, sunflower oil, sugar.

Wash the cauliflower and break into small pieces, shred the green onion and ginger, mince the chives, pour 15 ml of light soy sauce, weigh 6 grams of sugar and 90 grams of tomato sauce for later use.

Add 20ml sunflower oil to the Jesse pot

Spread the green onion and ginger and spread it on the bottom of the pot.

Then spread the broken cauliflower and add 6 grams of sugar.

Then add 15ml light soy sauce.

Pour tomato sauce on the cauliflower.

Close the lid, turn on the power to select the dry pot function, and the automatic pot starts to work.

Turn the pot once halfway, so that the sauce is evenly covered with the cauliflower. When the cauliflower is about to reach the level of softness and hardness you are satisfied with, open the lid to collect the juice. When the juice is collected, add the chopped green onions and stir well.
Tips:
1 You don't need to add water to make this dish, it depends on the moisture of the ingredients and seasonings.
2Because light soy sauce and tomato sauce are both salty, there is no need to add salt.
