Cauliflower Tomato Sauce Chicken

Cut the chicken into small pieces, add salt, sweet potato starch, and mix well, then add a little oil and mix well. (I used skinless chicken thighs. If you use chicken breasts, don’t cut them into small pieces, but slice them into thin slices)

Boil water in a pot, add cauliflower, add a little salt and oil, and remove after boiling.

Peel the tomatoes, cut into small pieces, and fry them in a pan until soft and sandy.

Pour the chicken and stir fry to change its color. (If you use chicken breast, it must be fast here, not for a long time, so as not to have too much texture)

Pour in cauliflower, add light soy sauce and a little salt to taste

Stir fry quickly so that the tomato sauce wraps the cauliflower
