Caviar Salad

Prepare hard-boiled eggs and caviar onion cabbage.

Finely chop onion.
3.
Cut the cabbage into thin strips and place on the plate.
4.
Put the mayonnaise in the bowl.
5.
Peel the boiled eggs and cut open to remove the yolk.
6.
Add chopped onion egg yolk to the mayonnaise.
7.
Stir well.
8.
Fill the mixture into the egg whites.
9.
Place the egg on top of the cabbage, and use a wooden spoon to garnish the caviar on the egg yolk.
Tips:
The utensils for holding caviar are also quite particular. Shells, wood, horns and gold are all ideal materials. The biggest taboo is to use silver tableware. Silver has the effect of oxidation, which will destroy the intriguing taste and fragrance of the caviar itself.
