Celery and Purple Cabbage Egg Fried Rice

Chop green onion leaves, celery and purple cabbage separately.

Put the oil in the wok, add the green onion leaves when the oil is hot, add the corn kernels and stir fry for one minute. Add celery and purple cabbage and stir fry.

Stir in the rice, stir and stir evenly.
