Stir-fried Lamb with Scallions

Cut the green onion into hob pieces, slice ginger and red pepper into small pieces diagonally.

Cut lamb into large slices (easy to cut after refrigerating in the refrigerator) with cooking wine, pepper, and ginger, and marinate in a dark soy sauce for 1 hour.

Put the pot on the heat until the pot is boiling hot, add the oil and cook until it smokes, then add the lamb slices and chili sections and stir fry over high heat.

Add cumin powder and salt and stir fry quickly.
5.
Add the scallions and stir-fry evenly, then cook the vinegar along the side of the pot, and then out of the pot.

hint:
1. Fried cumin lamb should be hot in the pot and the oil should be hot.
