Changing The Tradition-hanging Frosted Peanuts
1.
Wash the peanuts and drain the water, put them in a pot and sauté until fragrant on medium-low heat, and turn off the heat until the peanuts crackle.
2.
Hold it out for use
3.
Starch, cocoa powder, and cornflour and mix well (if there is no cornflour, you can skip it. I think cornflour is more delicate than starch, and I don’t add it after sifting)
4.
Add 3 tablespoons of white sugar to a small half bowl of water in a pot and boil over medium-low heat
5.
When the sugar water becomes viscous, quickly pour the peanuts and stir fry
6.
After stir-frying, quickly add the noodles and stir-fry evenly. After frying for about a minute until the peanuts are distinct, you can turn off the heat and get out of the pot.
7.
Let cool and serve after being fried
Tips:
Very simple peanuts with frosting, adding cocoa powder has a different taste, and so on, you can add matcha powder and so on.
