Chao Style Stir-fried Hemp Leaf

Pick hemp leaves and wash and drain;

Boil a pot of water;

Tips:
The hemp leaf can also be fried directly without water, but it will be a bit astringent. The water is used to remove the astringent taste of hemp leaf.
