The milk powder is brewed with warm water

Add 1 gram of bacteria powder and mix well

The yogurt machine is scalded with boiling water

Put it into the yogurt machine and ferment for 8 hours

Wash the gauze and scald it with boiling water

Yogurt poured into gauze

Drain the water and the rest is the cheese
Tips:
1. Don't squeeze it by hand when draining, so as not to squeeze out the residue;
2. The draining process needs to be carried out in the refrigerator.
