Cheese Pudding

Stir when the cheese is softened

Add milk and lemon juice and stir well

This is how it looks after mixing

Add the eggs and sugar and mix well. If you double it, add the eggs one by one

Add whipped cream and stir well

Sift it so that it’s more delicate

Pour it into the mold, I don’t have a pudding bottle, but I stocked a few empty mousse bottles

Bake in the hot water bath of a preheated 150℃ oven for 40 minutes. After baking, cool and refrigerate. Eat the next day
