Cheese Yogurt Mousse

Gelatine tablets soak in cold water to soften

Put mozzarella cheese and sugar in a non-stick pan and heat it over low heat

Add the egg yolk when it melts and mix well

Add yogurt, lemon juice and rum and mix well

Add milk

Add whipped cream

Stir well and add gelatine and stir until melted

After filtering once, pour it into the mold while it is hot, and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
