Chencun noodles are a traditional Cantonese dish from Chencun Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It is thin, refreshing, smooth, and soft, and has an endless aftertaste. Most of the noodles are dry fishing. There are many restaurants in Guangxi that use meat filling to form triangles, and I have eaten a few that taste better than dumplings.

6. Finally, use soy sauce, garlic, sesame, and peanut oil to make a dipping sauce. When you eat it, you can pour it on the noodle corner or eat it as a dipping sauce.

Tips:

The 2 yuan that Chen Cunfen bought at the vegetable market can make a portion of three people.
Do not put too much filling to avoid revealing the filling.
When opening the noodles, be lighter to avoid pulling the noodles too hard.
Minced meat can be matched by yourself. For example, add some shiitake mushrooms, fungus, and horseshoes. The stuffing for making dumplings is fine.
The minced meat needs to be fried and ready to be eaten after it is wrapped.
