Chencun Noodles with Minced Meat

Prepare all ingredients

Cut Chencun noodles into steamer and steam for 10 minutes

When steaming flour, mince the lean meat and marinate with sesame oil, cornstarch and light soy sauce. Chop parsley, garlic, and ginger.

Tips:
Chop the lean meat as much as possible. You can also mix the minced meat, parsley, garlic diced and seasoning, directly on the flour and steam until cooked.
