Prepare the required materials

Soak tangerine peel, dried lily, southern apricot, and northern apricot in water for 20 minutes.

Peel the pears, core and cut into pieces for later use.

After the material is soaked, rinse it and remove it for later use.

Except for the rock sugar added to the soup pot, the rest of the soaked ingredients are put into the pot with the candied dates.

Tips:
After soaking the tangerine peel, use a knife to scrape off the white sac to minimize its bitterness.
