Cherry Jam

Wash the cherries with water and soak them in some salt for a while

The washed cherries are cored and stalked

Put the processed cherries into the food processor to add a little water

Start the machine to mash the results

Pour the puree into the pot

First boil the puree to remove the floating powder

Add rock sugar

Add lemon juice
9.
Boil slowly over low heat, stirring while cooking to avoid sticking to the pan

Cook until you can see the bottom of the pot with a spatula. This process will take about 1 hour.
