Chestnut Barley Soup

Soak the barley in water for 6 hours in advance.

Put the soaked barley into a boiling pot, add some water to boil, then change to low heat and cook slowly.

After peeling off the skin of chestnuts, use a knife to slowly peel off the skin.

Wash the peeled chestnuts and cut into small cubes.

After the barley is cooked, add the chestnuts and continue cooking.
