Chestnut Chicken Soup

Ingredients: Chai chicken, chestnuts, red dates, and medlar. Seasoning: appropriate amount of salt

Soak the red dates and wolfberry in warm water for 5 minutes; soak the chestnuts in hot water to remove the film.

Clean the chai chicken and cut into pieces, add a proper amount of water and cooking wine to the pot on the fire to remove the scum, remove the foam and set aside.

Put the chestnuts and chicken nuggets in a saucepan, add appropriate amount of water and simmer for 60 minutes.
