Chestnut Pumpkin Steamed Custard

First, clean the skin and sand of the chestnut pumpkin, then cut it near the top, and take out the inner flesh of the pumpkin for use;

Then knock the eggs into a bowl, beat them evenly with chopsticks, pour in an appropriate amount of milk, and stir again;

Filter the stirred egg liquid with a sieve, and then pour it into the pumpkin;

Assemble the pumpkin into its original shape, then put it in a steamer and steam it on high heat for about 40 minutes;

Uncover the lid and poke the chopsticks into the pumpkin meat without pressure;

1. If you are allergic to milk, you can also replace the milk with warm water;
