Chestnut Roast Chicken

Wash the fresh chicken, chop into pieces, pour into cooking wine and marinate for half an hour.

For convenience, I use ready-made chestnut meat

Garlic and ginger, peeled and sliced

Pour some oil into the pot, saute the garlic slices and ginger slices

Pour in the chicken pieces and fry on low heat until golden on both sides

Sprinkle in salt, soy sauce

Add some light soy sauce and sugar and stir fry

Then pour the chestnuts and stir-fry evenly
9.
Pour in some water (without chicken nuggets)
10.
Simmer for half an hour on medium and low heat, and wait until the soup is dry.
