Soak the peanuts in water

Chestnut cut cross knife

Put the chestnuts in the pot and cook for 5 minutes

The chestnut is boiled in water for 5 minutes and then peeled. Wash the soaked peanuts

Boil water in a pot until boiling wine and sliced ginger

Put the chestnuts and peanuts down

Turn to low heat and cook for 1.5 hours

Add some salt to taste
Tips:
Peanuts and chestnuts can't be boiled, so it's okay to put them first. Do not add water in the middle.
