Chestnuts are now available in large numbers. I bought a lot and kept it, but it was easy to be empty after a long time, so I changed the method to eat it. It is also a good choice for making soup. Add peanuts together, the soup is very delicious.

Chestnut Soup

2. Soak the peanuts in water

3. Chestnut cut cross knife

4. Put the chestnuts in the pot and cook for 5 minutes

5. Wash the bones and prepare

6. Boil in water and rinse

7. The chestnut is boiled in water for 5 minutes and then peeled. Wash the soaked peanuts

8. Boil water in a pot until boiling wine and sliced ginger

9. Put the chestnuts and peanuts down

10. Add the washed bone

11. Turn to low heat and cook for 1.5 hours

12. Add some salt to taste

Tips:

Peanuts and chestnuts can't be boiled, so it's okay to put them first. Do not add water in the middle.
