Chia Seed Glutinous Rice Pudding

Choose a clean container, soak the chia seeds and purified water in a ratio of 1:3 to make a chia seed gel, set aside.

Add coconut milk jelly and white sugar to the pot and heat. Turn off the heat after the sugar has melted. Add milk or soy milk

Put it in a clean container while there is residual heat, and put it in the refrigerator after cooling.

Make glutinous rice balls. Put the glutinous rice flour and silk tofu into a clean container and knead them into a round shape.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and heat it over the fire. After the water boils, add the rubbed glutinous rice balls to the pot, cook until the glutinous rice balls float, turn off the heat, and transfer the glutinous rice balls to a clean container.

Finally, the refrigerated coconut milk and chia seed gel are also added to it. You can put some small fruits for decoration.
Tips:
Adding wolfberry or mint will taste better.
