Chia Seed Cookies

Pour the sugar into the softened butter

Mix the sugar and butter and beat them. Add the beaten egg liquid three times, each time until the egg liquid and butter are completely mixed before adding the next time.

Sift in low-gluten flour

Add the fried chia seeds to it. Chia seeds need to be cooked like sesame seeds in the pan

Stir well

Put the dough in the biscuit shaping mold and freeze for one hour

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the middle layer on the upper and lower heat and bake for 20 minutes, until the surface is golden and ready to be out of the pan
Tips:
1. Don't put oil when frying the chia seeds. 30 grams need to be frying for about three minutes. The heat is lower and the frying is constant. Be careful not to fry.
2. If there is a cloth or silicone piping bag, a pattern will look better
