Chicken Breast Arugula Salad

Put the seasoned chicken breast in boiling water, turn it over for about two minutes, and fry until golden on both sides. Let cool and slice for later use.

Wash the arugula and control water.

Cut the arugula into sections, add olive oil and black vinegar. You can add salt according to your preference. Because I don't like to eat too salty things, so I just put black vinegar. No need to add more salt.

Put in the chicken breast slices that were previously cut. You can start eating 😄
