Chicken Drumsticks in Steamed Sauce

Ingredients: chicken drumsticks, ginger slices, cinnamon, aniseed, soy sauce

Wash the chicken drumsticks and remove them.

Drain the water.

Then, drain the water and pour the chicken drumsticks into the soup pot.

Put ginger, cinnamon and aniseed.

Add 1 tablespoon and a half white sugar.

Add 1 bottle of soy sauce.

Mix well and marinate for 4 hours.

Hang on a hanger to dry in a windy place for 3 days.

This is the sauced chicken drumsticks that have been blow-dried for 3 days. Remove 6 sauced chicken drumsticks.

Clean it again.
