Chicken Drumsticks with Sauce

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut the chicken drumsticks on both sides and blanch them for later use.

3. Put the oil in the pan and heat slightly, add the sliced ginger and millet pepper, add the chicken legs and fry until the sides are slightly yellow.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

5. Add light soy sauce to the cooking wine until tasteless, stir and stir evenly.

6. Put the amount of water below the bottom in the pot, add a little salt, a small piece of rock sugar, and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium and low heat.

7. When the broth is reduced, turn on high heat to collect the juice, and stir-fry from the bottom up continuously to let the chicken legs wrap in the juice!

8. Don't drain the juice, save a little, and finally pour it on the chicken thighs! Just sprinkle some chopped green onion!

9. It’s super delicious... full of juice...

10. Two people eat it, just right! Share it today!
