Chicken Feet Claypot
1.
The sub-row chops are cleaned in small sections, and the chicken feet are cut off and the nails are cleaned.
2.
Add the ginger slices and cooking wine to a pot under cold water and cook for 5 minutes.
3.
Carrots and yam were peeled and cut into small pieces, and the yam was soaked in light salt water.
4.
Then cut the garlic, ginger, and green onions separately, and a tablespoon of Pixian bean paste.
5.
Take a pot, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, sauté the ginger, garlic and green onions, then add 1 tablespoon of Pixian bean paste.
6.
After stir-frying, add the blanched sirloin and chicken feet and stir-fry well, and coat the sirloin and chicken feet with bean paste.
7.
Put the fried ribs and chicken feet in a casserole, and pour the hot water that has covered the ribs and chicken feet. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium and low heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
8.
Put the yam cut into small pieces in a casserole and boil together.
9.
When the yam starts to soften, add the carrots and cook for 3 minutes.
10.
Then add the right amount of sugar to adjust the flavor and then turn off the heat.
11.
Before turning off the heat, sprinkle some green onion leaves on it.
Tips:
1. After washing the yam, put it in light salt water to remove the mucus and will not oxidize and change color.
2. Soybean paste and light soy sauce are already in the seasoning, so there is no need to add salt.
3. The carrots don't need to be cooked for a long time, so put them in last, otherwise the taste will not be good.
