I cooked this dish in a rice cooker with the ingredients prepared last night. In the morning, use a little as side dishes for the children, and then bring some to the warehouse for Chinese food for my dad, leaving a little soup to go home and cook noodles in the evening.

Lotus Root Dried Bean Stew Pork Ribs

1. Prepare all ingredients.

2. The sub row is blanched with boiling water in advance.

3. Peel the lotus root and cut the dried bean curd into the rice cooker.

4. Add blanched ribs and ginger.

5. Then add cooking wine, light soy sauce, mushroom sauce, sugar, and spices.
