Chicken Nuggets Stewed Potatoes

Prepare the ingredients first, cut into pieces, wash them, and set aside

Peel and cut potatoes, wash and set aside

Finely chop beauty pepper, finely chop dried chili, mince garlic, and diced Chinese pepper

When ready, put a little oil in the wok, add the peppercorns to fry until the oil is hot

Stir fry the diced peppercorns to give a fragrance, add dried chillies to fry a spicy flavour, then add the prepared garlic and beauty pepper to fragrant

After the taste is fried, put in the prepared chicken nuggets and stir fry for a while, put some dark soy sauce to color, add in chili sauce (I put the chili sauce made by myself)

Stir-fry until the chicken is firm and evenly colored, add some water to a boil, cook for about ten minutes, add the potatoes

Bring to high heat until the chicken and potatoes are cooked, the soup is thick and then add a little salt to collect the juice (because I love to eat wide noodles, so I put some)
