Chicken Shaved Tofu

Prepare the materials.

Without putting oil in the pot, stir-fry the chopped Hongxi mushrooms.

Put oil in the pot, add golden prawns and chopped green onion.

Mix the tofu and chicken stuffing, season with salt, and beat in an egg.

Pour the filling of step 4 into the pot and stir fry, add another egg liquid.

Sprinkle the other half of the chopped green onion.

After stir-frying evenly, serve on a plate and out of the pan.
Tips:
For dried seafood such as golden prawns, it is best to remove the fish from the oil first.
