Chicken Skewers with Pineapple and Vegetables

After the chicken thigh meat is cut into small pieces, add cornstarch, 2/3 rib sauce, 2/3 oil, mix well, and marinate for about half an hour.

Skewer chicken and vegetables, brush the remaining oil and rib sauce on the vegetables, place them on a baking tray lined with tin foil, and sprinkle black pepper and cumin powder.

The fotile oven selects the conventional baking mode. After preheating at 200°C, place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
