Chicken Stew with Mixed Vegetables
1.
Wash half of the chicken and chop it into large pieces
2.
Carrots and potatoes cut into hob pieces
3.
Put the chicken in a pressure cooker and add water. The water is twice as high as the chicken. Add ginger and star anise and cook for 20 minutes, then let the steam to boil
4.
Add the carrots and potatoes, add the corn cut into pieces, add salt at the same time, cover and cook for 10 minutes
5.
When time is up, manually release the steam and sprinkle in the chopped green onion.
Tips:
When the chicken is stewed, only star anise is used as the seasoning to taste very fresh, not pepper. Don't stir after putting potatoes, carrots and corn, just cover the pot. I use tender corn. If it is old corn, cook it with chicken.
