Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms

A chicken is chopped into large pieces and blanched. Clean in

Scald the mushrooms with boiling water after they are clean

The blanched shiitake mushrooms are chilled and dried

Put the prepared chicken in the pressure cooker, add water, and level the chicken with water
