Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms (authentic Northeastern Version)

A domestic stupid chicken

Clean up and hide large pieces for later use

Fresh pine mushrooms

Tips:
When washing pine mushrooms, you must wash them several times. Because they grow under pine trees, there are many rotten leaves on them. Because it is a wild mushroom, there are bugs in it. You can see it by separating it from the middle. There is no need to put extra oil when the chicken is stewed.
