Chicken with Mushrooms

Wash the chicken and cut into pieces, slice the shiitake mushrooms, wash and cut the green onion and ginger into sections and set aside

Slice shiitake mushrooms, wash green onion and ginger, cut into sections and shredded ginger separately

Pour three bowls of water into the pot, add the chopped chicken pieces and some shredded ginger and boil for 2 minutes (remember to put it in cold water so that the chicken is tender), pick up the chicken and set aside

Heat up the pan and put the oil, add the green onions and sauté

Add chicken and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry, then add ginger cooking wine and small water, stir fry, use a bowl with 10 grams of water, light soy sauce and corn starch to dissolve, pour in the sauce.

Add pepper, green onion leaves and chicken essence.
