Black sesame paste is a paste made by grinding black sesame seeds into a powder shape and then washed with warm or boiling water. It is a traditional Chinese food. Black sesame paste has always been a traditional health food.

Because my machine does not have a heating function, I used warm water. It's ready to eat when it's done. Of course, you can also choose to heat it up after finishing.

1. Prepare the materials. If it is raw sesame seeds, use low heat to fry them~ If there is no ready-made rice, you can also use cooked glutinous rice flour instead.

2. Wash the wolfberry and red dates with water, and remove the pits of the red dates.

3. Put the black sesame, rice, red dates and wolfberry into the wall-breaking machine, and add an appropriate amount of warm water (about 60°C). I like the thicker ~ so add water to the 500ml mark.

4. Start the switch~ I used a medium speed for 20 to 30 seconds

5. If you like sweet, add 1 spoonful of sugar and beat for 5 seconds at low speed.
