1.
Prepare high-quality glutinous rice flour.
2.
Pour the glutinous rice flour into a stainless steel basin.
3.
Add warm water several times and keep stirring (I added about 170 grams of warm water here), and finally knead it into a dough for later use.
4.
Divide the red bean paste into 5 g balls, about 50 pieces.
5.
Divide the glutinous rice dough into about 15 grams each and knead it into round balls (reserve a small portion of the dough to be colored later).
6.
Flatten the ball and put the red bean paste in it.
7.
Wrap the bean paste filling and re-roll into a ball.
8.
Put all the cooked glutinous rice balls into the freezer to freeze and harden them for easy modeling.
9.
Add an appropriate amount of strawberry fruit powder to the leftover dough.
10.
Knead the dough and fruit powder evenly into a pink dough with your hands.
11.
Take a small piece and knead it into a ball shape and then knead it into an oval shape.
12.
Press it gently with your hands.
13.
Use a toothpick to pierce two small holes, and the pig's nose will be made.
14.
Then pinch out two triangular dough pieces with your hands as the ears of the piglet.
15.
Take one out of the frozen glutinous rice balls, smear the middle part with water, and stick the nose first.
16.
Then glue the pig's ears in turn.
17.
Finally, use black sesame seeds to decorate the pig's eyes. (Note that the black sesame seeds are easy to fall off when they are cooked. It is recommended to draw the pig's eyes directly with a food pen)
18.
Bring the water to a boil, add the cute pig glutinous rice balls to a boil, and you can eat.
19.
One bite down, there is sweet red bean paste inside.
