Children's Version of Non-spicy Sauerkraut Fish
1.
Cooking fish fillets is a key step! ! ! In order to eat for the children, we did not use the spicy and deodorizing ingredients such as marinade and pepper. Rinse the fish fillets, sprinkle with salt and grab your hands for 5 minutes. When the mucus comes out, rinse with water. Grab it again and rinse. Then put a proper amount of salt, cooking wine, and ginger slices, and marinate for 10-20 minutes (other ingredients can be prepared).
2.
Cut the tofu, pick the bean sprouts, and prepare the green onion, ginger, and garlic.
3.
Rinse the sauerkraut with clean water and cut it short.
4.
1 Hot pot: Pour the oil in sequence. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the onion, ginger, garlic, and sauerkraut until fragrant. 2 Put the fish bones in, stir fry, add boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes, and simmer into fish soup.
5.
Put bean sprouts and tofu into the fish soup, cook it in the feeder (I used a wide-mouth pot), and continue to boil the soup. Add the fish fillets and cover for 3 minutes to cook.
6.
Pour all into a wide-mouth pot, put the chopped green onion and pepper on the vegetable, heat three teaspoons of oil in the pot (I use sesame oil, it is more fragrant), the oil temperature is higher, pour it on the chopped green onion and pepper. overflow......
Tips:
1 You can add more ginger, both for marinating fish and cooking. If you can eat white pepper and cumin powder, it will be more delicious if you put some at the end.
2 Put the peppercorns in the pot and pour the oil in it will only be fragrant, not spicy.
This dish is especially suitable for children. The fish fillets are smooth and tender with few spines, sauerkraut tastes light, and the broth is nutritious. But although it tastes good, sauerkraut is a pickled food, so it’s better to eat less. Well, share my tomato fish fillet next time.
