Fish Paste and Radish Clip

Remove the scales from the middle section of grass carp and wash.
Wash the radish.

The grass carp is boneless, skinless, and sliced into thin slices.

Use a knife to chop the fish paste.

Add ginger, chopped green onion, salt, sugar, cooking wine, pepper, and stir.

During the mixing process, add water 3 times, adding 2 tablespoons each time.

Stir in one direction and set aside.
7.
Peel the radishes and cut into rectangles.
8.
Without cutting every other cut, cut into sandwich slices.
9.
Stuff the fish paste into the radish slices.
10.
Steam over water for 10 minutes.

Take it out for 2 minutes.

Pour the water in the steamed fish paste and radish chuck into the pot and add some oil.
13.
Add in water starch, salt, sugar, chicken essence, pepper, freshly soaked and mixed juice to bring to a boil.
14.
Add chopped green onion and goji berries and bring to a boil.
15.
Just pour the sauce on the fish paste and radish.

Avoid eating ginseng and American ginseng with white radish
