Children’s Stuff [curry Fish Balls with Bamboo Sticks]
1.
Defrost the fish balls, wash and set aside.
2.
Garlic and onion are minced.
3.
A moderate amount of thick coconut milk water.
4.
Heat a little oil in a casserole and sauté the minced garlic and onion.
5.
Add an appropriate amount of curry powder and stir fry. (I like a lot of it and a small amount)
6.
Fry the fish balls for a while.
7.
Pour in the thick coconut milk, cover the fish balls with a little water, boil and simmer until the juice thickens, adjust a little salt and chicken powder, turn off the heat and simmer it for a while to make it more flavorful. (I made it in the morning and only ate it at lunch, so it was already very tasty)
8.
The finished 【Curry Fish Ball】I didn't put a lot of curry powder, so it only has a little bit of spiciness, which is suitable for children to eat.
9.
Green and red pepper cubes (you can use fruit cubes instead) are overheated, and then skewered with fish balls on a bamboo stick will attract the children's eyes!
