Chili Oil Mixed Toon

Pick the young stems and leaves of toon and wash them

Put it in boiling water and blanch for half a minute, remove it to cool, and control the water (toon contains nitrate and nitrite, so it must be fresh, and it must be blanched before eating)

Chop it with a knife and put it in a bowl, and put in an appropriate amount of salt

Put a little chicken bouillon, then add some chili oil. I used the hotter chili, so I didn’t dare to put too much.

Heat the oil, add the peppercorns and fry them to get the fragrance, pick out the peppercorns, pour the oil on the toon and mix well.
Tips:
Toon contains nitrate and nitrite, so it must be fresh and must be blanched before eating
